Our panel include representatives from companies that hire Help Desk staff, and companies that provide temporary and contract staff to Help Desks. We'll look at the skills currently being sought by Help Desk organizations, and the types of job specializations that are "hot." We'll also try to turn on the crystal ball, and discuss what the future for careers in the help desk industry looks like. The panel will be moderated by Mark McKim of Eastridge Infotech, and we'll take questions from the audience throughout the discussion. This is your opportunity to explore the "now" and the "future" of your career and those of your staff.
