Our Mission
What the San Diego HDI Can Do For You
 

 

We are comprised of service and support professionals collectively working together through a board of directors to deliver information from the national organization, provide access to industry resources and encourage member collaboration by providing a forum where members can exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss developing trends in the customer service and support industry.

Our Mission

The San Diego Chapter of the Help Desk Institute is a locally formed, voluntary, organization, endorsed by the International Help Desk Institute. 

 

We are comprised of service and support professionals collectively working together through a board of directors to deliver information from the national organization, provide access to industry resources and encourage member collaboration by providing a forum where members can exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss developing trends in the customer service and support industry.

 

The San Diego Chapter of the Help Desk Institute is a locally formed, voluntary, organization, endorsed by the International Help Desk Institute. 

What the San Diego HDI Can Do For You

San Diego Chapter meetings provide a forum for you and your peers to:

  • exchange ideas

  • draw on the expertise of industry associates

  • share information on industry trends and events

  • enhance the stature of the Help Desk within members' respective organizations

  • provide direct input to the National HDI organization as to possible conference speakers, training needs, and professional issues which HDI should be addressing.
