The San Diego
Chapter of the Help Desk Institute is a locally formed, voluntary, organization, endorsed by the International Help Desk Institute.
We are comprised of
service and support professionals collectively working together through a board of
directors to deliver information from the national organization, provide access to
industry resources and encourage member collaboration by providing a forum where members
can exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss developing trends in the customer
service and support industry.
